MISSISSIPPI — A man who unlawfully possessed a gun at a high school football game in Mississippi pleaded guilty Monday to being a felon in possession of a firearm.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Mississippi and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives announced that 24-year-old Ernest Quintez Clark admitted in federal court to having a handgun while attending a Meridian High School football game last October.
Clark, a Meridian resident, faces up to 15 years in prison when he is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 1.
